Updates & Restocks

I currently make all of my designs in small batches. If a specific style is sold out you may leave a request for it to be restocked and I will do my best to accommodate the most requested styles, or you may request a custom order.

 

Orders

I want you to love your one of a kind handmade pieces. Once you place an order I will always inspect your pieces to make sure they are suitable for shipping.

Please allow 3-4 business days to process your orders. You can check the status of your orders by logging into your account if you created one. Click on “My Orders” to view and track.

Custom orders require 1-2 weeks to process, are final sale and cannot be cancelled. I will accommodate these requests as often as possible depending on my current workload and the time frame of individual requests.


Shipping

All packages are shipped via USPS.

PLEASE NOTE: USPS is currently experiencing shipping delays. As a result please expect and plan for possible extended delivery times. I provide shipping insurance with every package at no additional cost to you. Once I turn your packages over to the carrier, I cannot provide further updates beyond tracking numbers and the date of delivery to the postal service. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your trust and patience while we navigate through these times.

International shipping is now available to select countries. Separate shipping rates apply. International packages will be transferred to local postal services once they arrive in the destination country.

Orders will typically ship within 3-4 business days. U.S. and Canadian deliveries typically occur within 4 to 7 business days.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping in the event of an exchange. Please contact me prior to initiating an exchange.

 

Returns & Exchanges

I do no accept returns for refunds at this time, but I am happy to arrange exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. In the event of an exchange the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
