Queen Mama Co. designs are hand crafted in small batches. New styles drop each month. If a specific style is sold out you may leave a request for it to be restocked, or you may request a custom order. Join the tribe to be notified about upcoming shop updates, restocks and markets. Crown Jewels are a collection of tribe favorite styles that are restocked each week.
We want you to love your one of a kind handmade pieces. Once you place an order your pieces are always inspected to make sure they are suitable for shipping.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. You can check the status of your orders by logging into your account if you created one. Click on “My Orders” to view and track.
Custom orders require up to 1 week to process, are final sale and cannot be cancelled. Requests will be accommodated as often as possible.
FREE SHIPPING within the continental U.S. and Canada on all orders over $50. All packages are shipped via USPS.

Shipping insurance is provided with every package at no additional cost to you. Once your packages are turned over to the carrier, we cannot provide further updates beyond tracking numbers and the date of delivery to the postal service. International shipping is available to select countries. Separate shipping rates apply. International packages will be transferred to local postal services once they arrive in the destination country. Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days. U.S. and Canadian deliveries typically occur within 4 to 10 business days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping in the event of an exchange. Please reach out prior to initiating an exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
Jewelry items may not be returned for refunds at this time. Exchanges of unworn, undamaged items will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
